General Information
Relics of the once extensive Danube forest (hardwood floodplain with oak, ash, elms and softwood floodplain with silver willow dominance) some poplars are interspersed. The dead wood portion is high, a rich natural growth is present. The shrub and herb layer is dense, rich in species, partly strongly eutrophic. The stand is regularly flooded, it lies within the flood dam, which is southbound.
